For more than two years, I have been quietly building EMOTITECH from the European Alps, inside NOI Techpark in South Tyrol, a crossroads of science, technology, and culture. We did this with continuous exchanges and trips to San Francisco, California and London.

This journey began with a simple but profound belief:
human emotion is the final uncharted dimension of biology: and understanding it will change everything.

We have mapped genomes, decoded protein folding, and are now teaching cells to detect and treat disease. Yet the emotional layer that shapes nearly every decision, every memory, every act of creativity and recovery remains largely invisible to science and technology.

I founded EMOTITECH to change that.

To build, patiently yet relentlessly, the first intelligence layer capable of sensing, modeling, and activating emotional states with the same rigor we apply to genetics or immunology.

It has not been simple.
And it was never meant to be.

Starting in stealth, learning by building

When I began this project, people would ask why emotion even mattered, why we should treat feelings with the same seriousness as biomarkers or neural circuits.

The early months were difficult.

We had ideas before we had language for them.
We had conviction before we had hardware.
We had a destination before a map.

There were no textbooks on correlating perception science, EEG signatures, affective biomarkers, and adaptive intervention design. We had to invent our own vocabulary and build our own frameworks.

We worked with incomplete data.
We built prototypes that failed.
We confronted the limits of sensor fidelity, algorithmic interpretation, and subjective emotional reporting.

And yet, every challenge clarified our thesis:
If we could collect the right multimodal signals, interpret them correctly, and respond through meaningful multisensory interventions, we could shape internal emotional landscapes—intentionally, safely, and beautifully.

So we remained in stealth.
We listened, prototyped, iterated.
We stayed quiet: because the technology needed time.

A new emotional map

Today, EMOTITECH is bringing emotional measurement into scientific parity with genomics and molecular systems.

In frontier biology, large-scale data engines are helping decode how proteins assemble into tissues, enabling models that reveal the logic of life at every scale. In a parallel way, EMOTITECH has been building emotional-scale models: systems that listen to the body’s subtle signals and translate them into structured meaning.

We map:

  • Neural and autonomic signatures
  • Psychophysiological arousal
  • Cognitive load
  • Sleep micro-patterns
  • Behavioral context

This allows us to construct dynamic emotional graphs—models that track how internal states form, shift, and interact with the external world.

Just as scientists develop imaging tools to map proteins through to living organisms, we are developing emotional imaging frameworks to understand how micro-signals assemble into macro-feelings.

Emotion is no longer abstract.
It is measurable.

Early struggles taught us precision

Our early prototypes were imperfect. Sensors were too noisy; models overfitted; interpreting emotional change was more complicated than expected.

We learned that emotion is not a single channel: it is a constellation.
Biological, contextual, cognitive, and perceptual signals must be interpreted together if you’re going to understand what a human is actually experiencing.

We pivoted, away from simplistic emotional classification and toward emotion-as-biomechanics, integrating:

  • EEG
  • GSR
  • Heart-related signals
  • Breathing dynamics
  • Contextual awareness
  • User self-report as ground truth

Only then did the patterns emerge.

Emotion has structure.
Emotion has triggers.
Emotion has healing states.

And EMOTITECH began to decode them.

One of our most ambitious developments is a new class of wearable microfluidic sensors designed to capture and analyze hormones in sweat in real time. These next-generation biochemical interfaces enable continuous detection of stress-related markers such as cortisol, alongside other hormonal signals that shape emotional and physiological balance. By integrating on-skin microchannels with adaptive AI interpretation, we aim to achieve moment-to-moment endocrine mapping—translating biochemical states into actionable emotional insight. This breakthrough would allow EMOTITECH devices not only to observe the nervous system, but also to read the body’s chemical language, opening the door to unprecedented precision in personal well-being.

The Releva platform: where sensing becomes intervention

This work led to Releva, our flagship platform: an intelligent wearable system that translates emotional data into multisensory feedback.

It listens.
It interprets.
It responds.

Through adaptive soundscapes, thermal and tactile modulation, breathing guidance, and in the future, environmental integration, Releva creates tailored emotional micro-environments that improve:

  • Sleep
  • Recovery
  • Focus
  • Emotional balance

Where biological research builds tools to detect inflammation inside tissues, we build tools that detect emotional inflammation: the subtle stress that accumulates day after day, eventually shaping behavior, health, and cognitive resilience.

Intervention becomes anticipatory, not reactive.

Toward healthy emotional and cognitive aging

In advanced biology, researchers are programming immune cells to detect early signs of cancer or neurodegeneration.

In parallel, EMOTITECH is developing emotional AI models that identify early cognitive shifts: micro-changes in attention, reactivity, memory, and sleep quality, that precede decline.

Healthy aging begins not when something breaks, but when we see the first divergence.

We aim to detect that divergence.

Ready to accelerate

We stayed silent until the foundation was solid.
Two years later, it is.

Now we are ready to raise our first round of funding to:

  • Accelerate scientific R&D
  • Advance emotional biomarkers
  • Expand engineering and design
  • Scale manufacturing of Releva
  • Deploy adaptive emotional intelligence at global scale

Our stealth phase was necessary.
Our build phase is now inevitable.

Why I believe in EMOTITECH

Because emotion is the most powerful biological signal we possess:
yet the least understood.

Because emotional states shape every health outcome, every human connection, every moment of purpose.

Because the tools to measure and support emotional life have been primitive for too long.

It’s time for emotional technology to mature.

This is not wellness.
This is not lifestyle.
This is infrastructure
a new layer of intelligence for the nervous system.

Emotion is biology.
Emotion is data.
Emotion is energy.
Emotion is destiny.

We are here to measure it, understand it, and harness it.

The next frontier is not only biological.
It is emotional—deeply human, deeply personal.

This is EMOTITECH.
And this is just the beginning.
