What I am working on now
I am building at the point where artificial intelligence meets human capability. The work is technical. The question is human: who gains agency, and who becomes dependent?
Building
EMOTITECH is the main venture. It develops an intelligence layer for human emotion. The work started in the Alps and connects research, product and global networks.
Reading the next shift
- Sovereign AI and compute. Who owns the models, infrastructure and decisions.
- Digital finance. How stablecoins and programmable money change trust.
- Biotech and neurotechnology. Where human capability becomes an investable frontier.
- Culture. The early signal institutions usually miss.
Field work
I travel to see systems before I write about them. Labs, factories, financial centers, art fairs, hacker spaces and street culture belong to the same map. I publish what survives contact with the real world.
Open
I take on a small number of advisory mandates and collaborations. The fit is simple: a hard decision, an emerging market and room for independent thought.
